The board of the EHC Freiburg has filled the position of treasurer. Jens Ziser (48), an experienced business graduate from the finance and insurance industry, takes on this position.
After the native of Freiburg had been working abroad since 2009 (including Zurich, Ireland, Bermuda and the USA), Jens Ziser moved back to his home country at the beginning of the year. In February 2020 he founded the consulting company BFRC – Black Forest ReInsurance Consulting GmbH in Denzlingen (near Freiburg).
For the married father (3 children), EHC Freiburg has been a matter close to his heart since childhood: “I am very happy to be able to contribute my professional experience and my knowledge in the field of business administration and finance to the work of the EHC Freiburg board. I see myself as an absolute team player and look forward to the responsible and multifaceted work, ”said Ziser.
The board of directors around the first chairman Werner Karlin is very satisfied that in Jens Ziser they have found a proven expert for this important position. The position of treasurer had become vacant because the previous treasurer Martina Müller quit her post in July. The board of directors and the association expressly thank Martina Müller for the work she has done up to then. Jens Ziser will initially supervise the position of treasurer in accordance with the statutes of the association’s statutes and will stand for election at the next general meeting.
