Symbolic gesture in difficult times: SC Freiburg handed over 1100 “Thank you” shirts and free tickets to the staff of the University Medical Center Freiburg this afternoon.
Doctors, nurses and hospital and hospital staff across the country have been doing exceptional work for weeks. The Sport Club would like to thank the citizens of the city for this long-term commitment during the Corona crisis.
The Freiburg University Hospital as a clinical partner of SC Freiburg bears the main burden in the region. For this reason, SC Sports Director Jochen Saier handed over 1100 T-shirts with the inscription “Freiburg says thank you” to the CEO of the Freiburg University Hospital, Prof. Dr. Frederik Wenz. In addition, the staff of the Freiburg University Medical Center will receive 1,100 tickets for the season opening of the Sport Club in the new Freiburg stadium.
SC Sports Director Jochen Saier says: “The clinic staff does a great job during the corona pandemic. We would like to thank our clinic partner for this extraordinary effort and hope to bring a little joy with this little gesture. ”
Prof. Dr. Frederik Wenz, Senior Medical Director and Chairman of the Executive Board of the University Medical Center Freiburg, says thank you: “We are pleased about the appreciation for the work of our employees. Cohesion and mutual support in the region are particularly important in these challenging times. ”
