“We are less and less listened to”

“For several years, education staff or parents have noticed a deterioration in working conditions for staff and study conditions for students: increase in class numbers, increase in the workload for teachers , forced inclusion and sometimes aggressive management denying the professionalism of the staff. The pandemic and the lack of government responses to the challenges continue to undermine student learning, claim the demonstrators. Struggles are waged to win a class opening in an establishment, prevent a closure in a school, grab some additional means to fill the gaps. But we are listened to less and less. So we decided to join forces. »

The assembly was also sensitive to the discomfort of the nurses of the National Education, they too underpaid and in insufficient number to hold the function.
