Female, ages 11-20 years, born between 1 January 2003 and 31 December 2012.
1. Central Hospital
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the injection room, 3rd floor.
2. Taksin Hospital
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at Community Health, 2nd floor, King Taksin Maharat Building.
3. Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Gynecology examination room, 3rd floor, 72 Phansa Building.
4. Luang Phor Thaweesak Hospital
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., injection room, Mettatham Building
