The two well-known investors, Øystein Stray Spetalen and Arne Fredly, bought 740 million shares each.

Øystrein stray leper owns the shares through the companies Saga Tankers and Tycoon Industrier, while Fredly owns the shares through Apollo Asset Limited. Ketil Skorstad owns 10 million shares through Tigerstaden AS, and Jan Petter Sissener holds 162.5 million shares.

Selling down

Recent list of shareholders in Infront shows that Fredly holds a total of 380.5 million shares, while Spetalen also holds 380.5 million shares.

This means that investors have sold approximately 126.2 million shares since the previous overview. Spetalen and Fredly now hold approximately 11.0 percent of the total shares, valued at NOK 106.5 million.

Risk-free gain

After Kongsberg Automotive made the issue, the new shares have been traded on Merkur Market, which has led to good arbitration opportunities.

Although the shares are worth just as much, they are traded at two different prices. On the Oslo Stock Exchange, the Kongsberg Automotive share closed at NOK 0.34 on Friday, while it closed at NOK 0.14 at Merkur Market.
