The former mayor of the village and local figure Francis Carré died at the age of 61, following his illness. Child of the village, he was a cereal farmer there “Where he built his dream from scratch”, passionate about this job. He will also be a trainer in mechanics and agricultural and wine-growing machinery for sixteen years at the CFPPA of Bar-sur-Seine and Saint-Pouange, to pass on to the young generation.
