Fr. Wierzbicki expresses views against Catholic teaching. I am applying for his dismissal

The Catholic University of Lublin distanced itself from the statements of Fr. Wierzbicki, editor-in-chief of wPolityce.pl after publication Marzena Nykiel. The journalist noted that Fr. Alfred Wierzbicki, head of the Department of Ethics at the Catholic University of Lublin, after many years became the authority of “Gazeta Wyborcza”.

Recently, an ethicist from the Catholic University of Lublin vouched for the aggressive militant Michał Sz. introducing himself as “Margot”. And although after being released from detention, an extreme LGBT activist poured buckets of washing on all the holiness of Poles (homeland, family and Pope St. John Paul II), in Lublin’s “Gazeta Wyborcza”, Fr. Wierzbicki only regrets that after the surety, he experienced “a lot of hate, vulgar innuendo and attempts to shame”.

Michał Sz. he has only just been released from custody, and he is provoking: “Poland, you gosh, stop arresting me Margot”

St. John Paul II on the “Margot” bookcase? The LGBT activist attacks the Pope with the vulgar slogan “JP2GMD”. Pedophilia in the background

Marzena Nykiel’s publication also recalled that Fr. It is not the first time that Wierzbicki attacks the Church for keeping an eye on Christ’s teaching, and the conservatives for keeping up with Christian values.

CHECK: Rzepliński is a defender of democracy, and “the Church became a fool to support PiS.” “Polish Maidan” had priests of his own Church. Did Fr. Wierzbicki knows what he is doing?

The case of the surety for the LGBT activist “Margot” and numerous extreme statements of Fr. Alfred Wierzbicki was indignant Fr. prof. dr. hab. Ryszard Sztychmiler, canonist and lawyer, former student and employee of the Catholic University of Lublin. In a petition addressed to the university rector, he called for revocation of Fr. Wierzbicki.

d former Fr. prof. Wierzbicki expresses his views in the media and at the Catholic University of Lublin against Catholic teaching. The theses he proclaims in many cases are outrageous, which Catholics in Poland cannot stand. They not only hurt the feelings of many believers, but they are (whether conscious or not) a DEWASTATION OF THE CHURCH, by undermining in turn various points of the Church’s teaching, including St. John Paul II

– we read in the letter that was also received by the editors of the wPolityce.pl portal.

Fr. Sztychmiler said that he was approached by graduates and some KUL employees, shocked by the statements of the aforementioned ethicist.

They are outraged by the fact that such a person continues to work at KUL, and further (as the head of the Department of Ethics, the infamous successor of Prof. Karol Wojtyła), to a large extent shapes the awareness of KUL students. They announce that if the work of Fr. Wierzbicki and others like him, will cease to support this university financially

– napisano.

The author of the letter emphasized that he was disappointed with the reaction of the Catholic University of Lublin to the statements of Fr. Wierzbicki and an article by Marzena Nykiel.

I believe that only dissociation from the statements of Fr. Wierzbicki, it is definitely not enough. Such a reaction can only prove that not everyone at the Catholic University of Lublin shares such views. But it is a consent that such views, contrary to the teaching of the Church, should continue to be preached in the Catholic University of Lublin

– said Fr. Sztychmiler.

In his opinion, betraying the heritage of St. John Paul II and therefore calls on the rector of the Catholic University of Lublin to release Fr. Wierzbicki from work at the university.

WE PUBLISH THE FULL CONTENT OF THE LETTER TO THE RECTOR OF KUL:

Magnificence, Dear Rector of the Catholic University of Lublin,

For a long time, Fr. John Paul II.

For some time, and especially after the last statements of Fr. Wierzbicki, many former graduates of the Catholic University of Lublin and some employees of the Catholic University of Lublin, as well as parish priests, ask me (as a former student and employee of the Catholic University of Lublin) that Fr. Wierzbicki undermines the teaching of the Church and the authority of the Catholic University of Lublin. They are outraged by the fact that such a person continues to work at KUL, and further (as the head of the Department of Ethics, the infamous successor of Prof. Karol Wojtyła), to a large extent shapes the awareness of KUL students. They announce that if the work of Fr. Wierzbicki and others like him, will cease to support this university financially.

The above opinions cannot be denied that they are right. More and more often expressed concern for our Catholic University, including recently in the article by the editor, Marzena Nykiel, a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin, who listened to the lectures of Fr. Wierzbicki, currently the editor-in-chief of the portal “wPolityce.pl”, prompted me to write these comments.

I am disappointed with the reaction of the Catholic University of Lublin to the statements of Fr. Wierzbicki and an article by M. Nykiel. I believe that only dissociation from the statements of Fr. Wierzbicki, it is definitely not enough. Such a reaction can only prove that not everyone at the Catholic University of Lublin shares such views. But it is a consent that such views, contrary to the teaching of the Church, should be still preached at the Catholic University of Lublin, that such lecturers should shape the youth in the Catholic University. In my opinion, this may be a license to compromise the heritage of St. John Paul II, at his university.

In order to protect the present and future students of the Catholic University of Lublin against false indoctrination and demoralization, I join the demands of many Catholics, asking for the release of Fr. Wierzbicki from work at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.

Yours faithfully – Fr. prof. dr. hab. Ryszard Sztychmiler
