Biden’s dogs are called Major and Champ. Major has been with the Biden family for two years, Champ joined in 2008. The grandchildren soon nicknamed Champ Biden Sr., after all, he is already twelve years old. Major was adopted in 2018 after being cared for medical care by the Delaware Humane Association after being exposed to “something toxic in his home,” USA Today reports.

Trump was not particularly fond of dogs. “I wouldn’t mind having a dog, but I don’t have time. What would it look like if I were walking a dog in the garden of the White House? ”He said in 2019. “I don’t know, it doesn’t feel right. It feels a bit fake. ” Biden responded to this earlier this month by means of a video on Twitter: “Let’s bring dogs back to the White House!”

New Vice President Kamala Harris doesn’t have dogs, but seems to love them. In 2019, she said on Twitter with a few sweet photos: “Dogs are always welcome in my office.”
