Four Sent to Emergency Room After Fire in Detached House: Latest Updates and Investigation

The police received a report about the fire at 02.30 on Saturday night.

– Four people have been transported to the emergency room and are being looked after by the Hellenic Service, Innlandet police district writes in a message shortly before 5am.

The four who have been sent to the emergency room are not seriously injured, says police operations manager Øyvind Bakken to VG.

One person has not been accounted for after the fire, and the municipal crisis team has been notified to look after those involved, the police say.

It is currently too early to say anything about what caused the fire.

– The fire service is still working on extinguishing the fire at the site, and when it is finished, investigations will eventually be carried out at the site, says operations manager Bakken.

Operations leader at the site Tord Linnerud tells NRK that the house has been burnt down.
