Commissioner Douglas Rico, National director of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc) reported through his Instagram account that the alleged criminals were identified as: Willian Alejandro Guanipa Gil (19), who in the company of three young people between 13 and 14 years old, they had as a modus operandi, to subdue their victims, where carrying sharp pointed weapons and under death threats, they stripped them of their valuable belongings, which they later commercialized.
At the time of the arrest, it was possible to recover a watch, two steel chains and three knives were seized, he pointed.
