Recently on the ATP podcast, Ivan Ljubicic, former 3rd player in the world and coach of Roger Federer, said he was impressed by the level of play displayed by Novak Djokovic in 2023.
“I think the most successful one is definitely Novak, at least on the men’s side, and he keeps winning. He doesn’t stop, and I’m really curious, and I would love to see Rafael Nadal come back in 2024 to see what that might be like. I mean Novak is amazing. When you look at the way he played 10 years ago, and the way he plays now, you see the same player, which is remarkable. »
