Change at the top of Toyota Germany: Marketing Manager Andre Schmidt returns and takes over the management of the German subsidiary of the Japanese car manufacturer. The 50-year-old was most recently General Manager Marketing at Toyota Motor North America. His predecessor in the German head office, Alain Uyttenhoven, is leaving the company after a total of 16 years with the brand. The Belgian will tackle new projects.
