JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Economist Sri Adiningsih was appointed as commissioner Indosat Ooredoo at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

The AGM also decided to approve the company’s annual report for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2019.
Then determine the use of the company’s net income for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, approve the total remuneration of the Company’s Board of Commissioners 2020, and approve the appointment of the company’s independent auditors for the financial year ending December 31, 2020.
