Nicolaï (VVD) was a minister in the Balkenende I and II cabinets, first as State Secretary for European Affairs and then as Minister for Administrative Reform and Kingdom Relations. He started this year in Rotterdam as chairman of Deltalinqs and RPPC.
“He got off to a special start due to the COVID-19 virus,” Deltalinqs announced earlier this month. “Despite those limitations, he soon found his niche in the port of Rotterdam and was enthusiastic about his new working environment.
