Foreign ministers of the EU member states will discuss aid to Ukraine / Article

The foreign ministers of the EU member states will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Kuleb

The foreign ministers of 27 European Union member states were supposed to meet with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, but Kuleba canceled the planned trip to Brussels because US President Joe Biden arrived in Kyiv on Monday for an unannounced visit.

Ministers will also discuss Estonia’s proposal to create a joint system to buy weapons for Ukraine, similar to how the bloc bought vaccines against Covid-19.

In the second part of the meeting, the ministers will approve sanctions against several officials of the Iranian regime, as well as talk about the situation in Afghanistan and providing assistance to that country.
