UK Imposes New Sanctions Against Suppliers of Military Equipment to Russia Ahead of David Cameron’s Visit to the US

The UK announced new sanctions against suppliers of military equipment to Russia. In a statement issued today, December 6, the United Kingdom Foreign Office said that London is targeting foreign suppliers who support “(Vladimir) Putin’s war machine.”

Government Rishi Sunaka burst out with new anti-Russian sanctions ahead of the visit of the Foreign Minister David Cameron to Washington, which starts this Wednesday. The head of British diplomacy is traveling overseas to “reaffirm the strength of the relationship between the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as Ukraine’s unwavering support in the fight against Russian aggression.”

The British Foreign Office informs that David Cameron will meet with the Secretary of State Antony Blinken“key figures” in both houses of the US Congress, during his first visit to Washington after his appointment as head of the British Foreign Office.
