Ford smart watches warn people when they are approaching each other

American health experts have determined that 1.8 meters is a safe distance people can approach each other. Therefore, “smart” bracelets will begin to vibrate if employees working in production do not observe this distance. Such devices of “social distance” will allow the management of the corporation to remotely read the readings of the bracelets and monitor how employees comply with safety rules.

At the moment, new devices are being tested by volunteers at a plant in Plymouth, Michigan. After the tests are completed, Ford specialists plan to start mass production of smart bracelets that will be used by employees after the company resumes production.
