As a demo version of the hatchback from AC Schnitzer, tuners chose the top all-wheel drive version of the M135i xDrive. Probably, the emphasis will be on upgrading the most powerful ones: the firmware for the 2.0-liter turbo four is in operation, which produces 306 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque “in stock”.
BMW itself sees the development of the 1-Series family in a different direction: the automaker intends to electrify the “one”, and the i1 modification “on batteries” may appear in the range already in 2021.
