Antony may have to report to court soon. The footballer’s ex-wife, Gabriela Cavallin, accuses the Brazilian of three different forms of domestic violence.

The Brazilian UOL claims to have a 70-page report in which Cavallin prepares the case against Antony. Attorney Vanessa Souza, representing Cavallin, says Antony must answer for three crimes. “Sending threats, locking her in the house and domestic violence – involving moving a breast implant and injuring fingers – are classified as three different crimes in England,” it said.
Contact with Manchester United has already been made, the lawyer believes. “I contacted the legal sector of Antony’s team and they were surprised. They are very respectful. These British bodies are taking this very seriously.” Antony’s ex says she is still suffering from the period. “Despite doing everything I can to distract myself and feel better about everything that happened, I still have trouble sleeping and can’t function.”
