That’s the question the Canadian Food Inspection Agency is now addressing: The animal was discovered by the Canadian couple Nicole Gagnon and Gérard Blackburn at dinner on February 9th. The frog narrowly escaped Nicole’s knife when she cut the green vegetables and then found out that it was more or less a “filled” pepper.
