Two blockbusters, ‘De Bende van Jan de Lichte’ and ‘Fair Trade’, were not available in the morning via the Telenet decoder. “In the meantime, the problems have been solved,” Telenet spokeswoman Isabelle Geeraerts said.

According to Telenet, the problems only occurred with customers who watch via the Telenet decoder. “Anyone who viewed streamz.be did not receive an error message,” says Isabelle Geeraerts. “We have now been able to solve the problem, Streamz now also works perfectly for people who watch via the decoder.”

Streamz officially started on Monday morning. The number of subscribers is not yet communicated, but Streamz is in any case starting with the more than 400,000 Play van Telenet customers.
