Still shocked, she tells the gendarmes what she has just suffered, in a parking lot near the Marceau high school, in the lower town of Chartres.

Thanks to the description she gave to the gendarmes, a suspect was quickly identified. He was in the bar after the assault. “It’s Kaba”, indicate the boss and consumers to investigators. Sadou Kaba, an undocumented Guinean, aged 33, seems to be known in the establishment.
Investigators are unable to find him. It was only seven months after that he was arrested near the Chartres Reception Center (Fac). He is identified by the particular color of his hair.
