The toll of the collapse of a building under construction of 6 slabs in the municipality of Matoto on Monday is heavy. At least 5 people are found in the rubble.

This Tuesday, July 11, around 4 p.m., the search and rescue team of civil protection, military engineering, were able to extract a new lifeless body from the rubble. This is Amadou Sylla, in his thirties, who is added to the list of victims of this collapse of this building dedicated to social housing.

According to the authorities present on the spot and according to the survivors, five (5) people were under the building at the time of its collapse and all were found dead.

On the spot, there is consternation among citizens and concern about investigations to find the culprits.
