The case of presenter Jevier Justin’s child abuse by his nanny went viral on social media. The babysitter committed a heinous act to Shannuel Favory who was ill cerebral palsy.

The incident took place when Jevier Justin and his wife, Tiffany Orie, were going to the United States to bring home a number of assistive devices so that their daughter could walk.

However, the girl who is familiarly called Shan actually received violence from the nanny. Shan was splashed with cold water until his lips turned blue. He was also forced to eat until he vomited. Her hair was grabbed and her nose filled with water.

Jevier and Tiffany found out about the incident while monitoring the CCTV footage. This incident immediately broke Jevier’s heart, Mother.

“Honestly, my heart was broken and I was emotional at the time. Which father can hear his child being treated like that, especially since this is his only daughter,” said Jevier in an exclusive interview with Hai Bunda, Friday (10/3/23).

However, after experiencing the incident, Jevier is grateful that his daughter has not shown any signs of trauma. Shan only looks limp due to lack of nutrition. The rest, he still looks cheerful as usual.

“I saw Shan, did he have any trauma and injuries, thank God there were no scars. He was in a rather weak condition. Maybe it was because the food was lacking, or because it was roughed up by Ms. Jevier told me.

“But Shen didn’t show any trauma when he was close to Ms. He was crying or what it wasn’t, so he stayed happy,” he said.

Grateful for their daughter’s condition, Jevier and Tiffany finally decided to let go and forgive their nanny.

“That’s why I say, from Shan we learn to forgive,” said the 35-year-old man.

Not only forgiving, this couple also still gives their nanny rights by paying her salary, “We then, yes, choose to forgive. We choose to release forgiveness and we even pay her salary in full.”

Nevertheless, the nanny did not get away with punishment. Jevier was adamant about firing his nanny that day and videotaped the confession as evidence. Jevier also spread the video on social media so that no parents whose children experience the same thing.

“We calculate (his salary) per day, we pay for everything, but we ask him to leave at the same time. We also video it as evidence and also as a social sanction. I posting on my social media for raise awareness so that others do not have the same thing happen to their children,” said Jevier.

Regarding criminal sanctions, Jevier and Tiffany agreed not to prosecute their nanny after forgiving and sending her home.

“As for the legal process, I don’t think so, haven’t gone there yet,” added Jevier.
