Russia’s Tass news agency quoted the emergency service as saying that a fire broke out in a warehouse in the town of Odintsovo, west of Moscow, between the official residence of President Vladimir Putin and Vnukovo Airport.
The service did not say how the fire broke out in the warehouse, which is 6.5 kilometers from Putin’s presidential residence in Novo-Ogaryovo.
The emergency service said in a statement that the fire had spread to an area of 2,000 square meters by midnight Moscow time.
Russia reported two Ukrainian drone attacks near Moscow this week.
