Findeter announced the delivery of more credits to the country’s regions

The president of Findeter, Sandra Gómez Arias, announced the addition of $ 850 billion to the direct credit line with compensated rate Commitment Reactivation section II, aimed at departments, municipalities and districts throughout the country.

With this addition, the Section II Reactivation Commitment line adds more than $ 3.15 trillion to finance infrastructure projects to promote economic reactivation and create new jobs in the country.

The mayors, governorates and districts can access these resources directly with Findeter, without financial intermediaries and with very favorable conditions such as interest rates from IBR + 1.55% MV and a term of up to ten years, including up to three years of grace period to capital.

The resources may be used for investment and working capital associated with investment projects aimed at mitigating the crisis and the adverse effects of covid-19 and the reactivation of the economy.

“As a territorial development bank, an ally of the national government, we have supported territorial entities in the most critical phase of the pandemic, generating competitive financial tools. In this sense, direct credit has made it possible to boost local economies and the launch of important projects, especially for municipalities 4, 5 and 6, which require greater support ”, stated the president.

Access to direct credits with a compensated rate from Findeter is very easy and the speed with which the approval is carried out depends more on the territorial entity, that is why to date Findeter It has committed $ 2.3 billion in direct credit resources so that municipalities and departments can execute their infrastructure projects to promote development and improve the quality of life of its inhabitants.

To date, seven departments have accessed credit from the Entity without financial intermediaries, as well as 24 municipalities throughout the country, which already have resources to carry out initiatives in sectors such as water and basic sanitation, roads, education, health , sports and culture, housing, among others.
