Your tasks
• Maintenance of master data in the ERP system (software operation)
• Review and control of debtors and creditors
• Control and maintenance of budget and liquidity lists
• Management of personnel files including control of the time recording system
• Creation of monthly wages and wage statements in cooperation with trustees
• Recording of postings (accounts payable, accounts receivable and dunning)
• Archiving of all documents
• Maintaining the products in the ERP system (software operation)
• Creation of offers, order confirmations and delivery notes with the help of the ERP system
• Preparation of customs papers and commercial invoices
• Organization of logistics and transport
• Creation of invoices

We expect
• Completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in human resources, labor law and finance
• Preferably experience in sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
• Independent work is required.
