Final Fantasy VII Remake Bahamut Summon Materia

In the original version Final Fantasy VII, players only received their first summon after leaving Midgar, but the game was packed with secret and powerful summoning material that players could find and use. (Remember Knights of Round and how incredibly difficult it was to get?) Remake of Final Fantasy VII greatly expanding the Midgar chapter into a full game, it is now possible to obtain summons like Shiva and Ifrit before leaving the city of steel. But did you know that you can also obtain Bahamut’s summoning material, bringing the legendary dragon into your party. This can be very useful in hard mode, so here’s how to get hold of the Remake of Final Fantasy VII Summon Bahamut.

How to obtain the summon of Bahamut from Final Fantasy VII Remake

The summon of Bahamut is obtained by defeating the beast in Chadley’s VR battles. To unlock it, you’ll need to complete Chadley’s first 19 Battle Intel reports. After that, you can select the fight with Bahamut, and once you’ve beaten it, the summoning material will be yours. Focus on completing Intel Battle reports at the start of the game, as some may take a while. Here are a few tips:

Intel Battle Report Tips

While most Battle Intel reports are simple to complete, some are a little more difficult to understand. Here are some tips to help you finish the 19th and unlock the fight against Bahamut (which is the 20th and final task).

Rate everything – Once you get the assessment materials, be sure to use them on every enemy you encounter. Having already evaluated the monsters, he will complete the various Monster Bio reports as they appear automatically.

Exploiting weaknesses – You have to exploit the elemental weaknesses of several different enemies, so use the appropriate elemental magic when you can.

Use unique abilities on quirky enemies – It was weird to understand. The “unique abilities” are the character’s Triangle attacks, not the moves you use to make ATB charges, so to complete this attack, you must ground an enemy, then use any character’s Triangle attacks to complete the ATB gauge. Make sure your ATB gauge is not completely full so that the single capacity can fill it up and add it to the meter.

How to increase the staggered damage bonus – A report requires you to increase the scaled damage bonus to 200% (it starts at 160% by default) but the game never clearly tells you how to increase it! Certain movements will increase it gradually. The easiest way I found to do it was to use Tifa’s Triangle special ability over and over again on an offbeat enemy. This movement increases the percentage, and if you use it on an enemy with a long lag timer, you can easily reach 200% at the end of it and finish this report.

Acquire weapons capabilities – Even if you find a favorite weapon, be sure to switch to other weapons in order to acquire unique weapon abilities. You will need it for one of the reports.

Master All Magic Materia – Start this one early, as it will take some time. You must master the 12 types of magic material (green). Materia gains levels via AP, which you get just by completing the battles. The one that will probably take the most time is the Revive material, but you can pair it in a linked location with the AP Up material (obtained by finishing 3000 steps with the pedometer material found outside of Aerith’s house) to speed it up. Hard mode also gives 3x AP if you haven’t mastered all of the magic yet by the time you beat the game.

Everything else is fairly simple and easy to do. Once you finish the first 19, the Bahamut VR battle will unlock the next time you speak to Chadley. Beat that will give you the summoning material of Bahamut and will complete the 20th Intel Battle report for you. Enjoy the most powerful summon in the game!
