Mohamed Sultan, head of the Medical Committee of the Egyptian Football Association, spoke about the positive cases that were discovered in the league teams, referring to “simple cases.”
Muhammad Sultan said: “The number of 11 positive cases is an expected number and indeed, and it is considered a small number for me.”
“The number does not represent any difficulty in dealing with it. Things are simple, passable, and the cases are completely simple,” he said in his comments on Time Sports 2.
“The injuries that were discovered from the smears were not only for the players, but also for administrators and workers,” he added.
“The cases are all without symptoms. They are simple cases and do not need more than home isolation,” he added.
He revealed, “The medical committee recommends a weekly smear for all teams during the training period, and there will be a smear before each match.”
“The results of the smears are very good and there is no problem so far,” said the head of the medical committee in the Football Association.
