Pyramids Club announced the renewal of its defender Ali Jabr until the summer of 2024, after its previous contract expired in 2022.

Ali Gabr signed his new contract with Pyramids in the presence of Hani Saeed, sports director, and Amr Bassiouni, the club’s contract manager, for the player to continue with the club for the next 4 years.

Amr Bassiouni, the club’s contract manager, said: “As with Omar Jaber, the Pyramids management is keen to renew the contracts of the main elements of the team.”

Gabr is one of the main elements of Pyramids, as he participated with the team in 11 confrontations in the Premier League, scored a goal, participated in 8 in the Confederation, and also scored a goal as he played a match in the Egypt Cup, before the activity ceased due to the outbreak of the new Corona virus.

The 31-year-old Egyptian international defender joined Pyramids from Zamalek in the summer of 2018.

Jabr had a brief Premier League experience with West Bromwich Albion on a 6-month loan period.
