Manuel Jose, legendary coach of Al-Ahly, stressed the strength of his relationship with the Red Castle, and wished success to the current coach: Rene Vyler.
“I don’t know Fyler, I don’t know the current players, so I can’t talk about them,” Jose declared on OnTime Sports 2.
However, he added, “I hope that he will be a successful coach. I achieved what I achieved, and I wish him success in his turn.”
On reducing his contract in his third period with Al-Ahly, Jose justified: “In my second and third periods with Al-Ahly, I did not look at the material aspects. I love Al-Ahly, and his administration handled me with great professionalism.”
He added: “My wife loves Egypt and loves Al-Ahly fans and sees that it was one of the great points in my career, I loved Al-Ahly and I still love him.”
He assured the fans about his condition: “I practice sports and walk 8 kilos a day, since the beginning of the Koruna I think I walked 167 kilos and I am completely ready to return to the stadiums.”
