An official source within the Football Association revealed the steps that will be taken by the Player Affairs Committee in the complaint submitted by Al-Ahly again against Abdullah Al-Saeed, player of Pyramids.
The source, who preferred not to be named, said: “In the beginning, the Players Affairs Committee will send the letter sent to the Egyptian Federation from FIFA, to one of the accredited translation offices.”
He added in his remarks with FilGoal.com, “The translation of the FIFA letter from an accredited office will be to stand definitively and accurately about what came in the letter addressed to the Football Association.”
“The only case that will make the Players Affairs Committee look at the complaint is that it is clear from the translation of the letter that the International Federation has not taken any decision on the Al-Ahly complaint. At that time the committee will consider the complaint.”
“And if he finds that FIFA has already taken a decision in Al-Ahly’s complaint against Al-Saeed, the Players Affairs Committee will not consider the complaint,” he said.
“But then, Al-Ahly will have the right to resort to the sports court,” he added.
Al-Ahly announced on its official website earlier that it had filed a new complaint against Al-Saeed for the Football Association, after the International Federation refused to consider the case.
Al-Ahly explained at the time.The rejection was justified by FIFA as “He is no longer entrusted with resolving the dispute regarding the club’s dues because the player is currently in the ranks of an Egyptian team, and therefore the matter has become an internal matter and the one responsible for it is the Egyptian Football Association.
