Brutal beating in Nessebar. A 15-year-old attacked a 51-year-old Ukrainian with a metal pipe. The attack happened on Sunday in front of a grocery store. The injured man does not want to reveal his identity, so we will call him Yuri. He has a broken leg and multiple wounds all over his body.
The Ukrainian told our camera that he had gone out to buy groceries and was walking along a path he knew was safe. As he was walking, he heard the sounds of a smashed shop window. “I didn’t think the noise was someone trying to break the window, I thought it was the strong wind, so I continued on my way,” the 52-year-old recalled. Before long he heard someone running after him. He saw a tall boy with an athletic body who attacked him with a metal pipe or a club.
Yuri filed a police report, and the minor assailant was arrested a few hours later. The young man’s three brothers had criminal records, Dimo Dimov, an inspector in the Children’s Pedagogical Room, said on the air of “Hello, Bulgaria”.
