Decision
1. ClubDeportivoVida (hereinafter, the Debtor) is to blame for not fully complying with the decision approved by the Single Judge of the Subcommittee of the Chamber of Dispute Resolution on April 22, 2019, according to which he was ordered to pay to the W-Connection club (hereinafter, the creditor) USD 19,166.67 plus 5% annual interest from September 26, 2017 until the effective payment date.

2. The Debtor is ordered to pay a fine in the amount of CHF 2,000. The fine will be paid within 30 days after notification of this decision.

3. The Debtor has a final term of 30 days from the notification of this decision to settle its debt with the Creditor.

4. If the payment is not made to the Creditor and proof of such payment is not provided to the secretariat of the FIFA Disciplinary Committee or the National Autonomous Football Federation of Honduras within this period, the registration of new players is prohibited, either nationally. or internationally, it will be imposed on the Debtor. Once the deadline has expired, the National Autonomous Federation of Soccer of Honduras and FIFA will implement the prohibition of transfer automatically at national and international level, without having to take an additional formal decision or issue any order by the Discipline of the FIFA Committee or its secretariat. The transfer ban will cover all men of the Debtor’s teams (first team and youth categories). The Debtor may register new players, either nationally or internationally, only after payment to the Creditor of the total amount due. In particular, the Debtor cannot make use of the exception and the provisional measures stipulated in article 6 of the Regulations on the Statute and Transfer of Players to register players at an earlier stage.

5. As a member of FIFA, the National Autonomous Football Federation of Honduras is reminded of its duty to implement this decision and provide FIFA with evidence that the transfer ban has been implemented at the national level. If the National Autonomous Football Federation of Honduras does not comply with this decision, the FIFA Disciplinary Committee will decide on the appropriate sanctions for the member. This can lead to an expulsion from FIFA competitions.

6. The Debtor is requested to notify the secretariat to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, as well as to the National Autonomous Federation of Soccer of Honduras, of each payment made and to present the corresponding proof of payment.
