TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Ferdy Sambo was officially fired by the Indonesian National Police due to his involvement in the murder case of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat aka Brigadier J.
The meeting of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP), the appeal presented by Ferdy Sambo, was held today, Monday (19/9/2022) afternoon.
As a result, Ferdy Sambo’s appeal was dismissed and the former division chief was either rejected or a dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) verdict was issued by members of the National Police.
“One, by dismissing the appeal of the appellant (Ferdy Sambo). Two, by strengthening the decision of the Commission hearing of the Police Code of Ethics Session of August 26, 2022 on behalf of the offender Ferdy Sambo,” he said (Irwasum ) Polri, Komjen Agung Budi Maryoto who presided over the trial.
“The appeals commission imposes ethical sanctions in the form of offenders’ behavior declared a shameful act and administrative sanctions in the form of PTDHs as members of the national police,” Agung said, quoted by Antara. Tribunnews.com.
In addition to Ferdy Sambo, the National Police had previously imposed sanctions on the dismissal or PTDH of its members involved in the murder of Brigadier J.
There were a total of four police officers in addition to Ferdy Sambo, and all of them appealed against the PTDH’s decision.
