FEOL – Basic tradition creation – for Women’s Day, with love!

The municipality of Alap treated the girls, ladies and women living in the settlement to a special program. The evening started with an opening ceremony by the mayor in the János Arany Cultural Center, then Maci’s group of elementary school children and poems by schoolchildren brought smiles to the faces. After that, the singer Gábor Várhegyi’s show penetrated all the way to the women’s hearts, and then the organizers treated us to a small gift package. The program continued with a nostalgia evening: there was dancing and fun. Those present were also treated to delicious cakes and retro sandwiches.

– It gives me great pleasure that such a good number of ladies showed up at our first Women’s Day event and that the gathering took place in such a good atmosphere. It was our first Women’s Day program of this kind, but I’m sure it won’t be the last, and that a new tradition started with the evening!
