Fencing. Thionville stands out in the Ardennes

On the occasion of the quarter-finals of the French U15, U17, U20 and senior saber championships which took place this weekend at the Vieilles-Forges (Ardennes), the Thionvillois did well. In the individual events , Thomas Noël won in U15 while his club mate, Rodrigue Bernardini was ranked 3e. Their female U17 colleagues, Margot Lemoine, Esther Bianconi and Lisa Berardini, signed a beautiful tuck shot by placing 2e , 5e and 6e of individual competition. And Liann De Lazzer (Thionville) took the 2e place in M20.

Note, too, the victory of the Thionvilloises Bretteuses in the U17 team competition and the 2e place of the male collective of the Moselle club in the same age category and U15.
