Alarming signals of a new outbreak of Covid-19 are increasing in Europe. In our country, 132 additional cases were recorded in 24 hours, the Federal Office of Public Health (OFSP) announced on Tuesday. Three new deaths are to be deplored, bringing the human toll to 1,703 dead. And nearly 8000 people observe a quarantine after their return from a country at risk.
