The FDA report shows that there is not enough data to confirm that this is a side effect of the new crown vaccine, but it calls on medical frontline personnel to observe it and it is worthy of careful inspection.

Bell’s palsy is one of the causes of facial nerve palsy. The patient presents with acute unilateral facial muscle weakness and crooked mouth and face. Steroid therapy is very effective for Bell’s palsy.

Peter Marks, director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, said that once vaccinated, the FDA will be able to easily and quickly access data related to Bell’s palsy.
