Three farmers wanted to stop the planned Dietenbach district by taking legal action. Without success.
The Administrative Court of Mannheim (VGH) rejected the norms control requests against the new district of Dietenbach on Tuesday. This was announced by the VGH. Three farmers had sued the “Statute of the City of Freiburg im Breisgau on the formal establishment of the urban development area in Dietenbach of July 24, 2018”. The judgment was issued following the oral hearing of the 3rd Senate on July 6, 2021. According to the announcement, the reasons for the judgment are not yet available. The appeal was denied. A complaint against the non-admission of the appeal can be lodged with the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig within one month of the delivery of the complete judgment (Az. 3 S 2103/19).
