Samsung hosts two smartphone presses each year. The S-Series models were always presented in the spring and were top devices for the most demanding users. The Galaxy Note phones then premiered in August, and in addition to extremely powerful hardware, they also attracted to significantly larger screens.

But this seems to be the biggest problem. Recently, the touch surfaces of smartphones have been constantly increasing, which logically reduces the number of differences between the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series.

Samsung employees are probably also aware of this, and this year they decided to take a radical step – at the beginning of the year they supported the S Pen touch pen for the latest Galaxy S21 series and did not show any successor to the Galaxy Note series in the August press.

But this is exactly what many fans do not like. Those on the server change.org created a petition calling for the new generation of the Galaxy Note to be introduced next year. From their activities, they promise above all that they will make it clear to the South Korean electronic giant that they want the Galaxy Note series.

This is not a recessionary action, the petition has already been signed by more than 37,000 people. However, Samsung has not yet responded to their wishes. At this point, it is not clear whether we will ever see a successor to the Galaxy Note.

The Galaxy Note20 series currently also consists of two different models. The basis of the offer is a smaller Galaxy Note20, the best on the market is the Galaxy Note20 Ultra model.

The first has a 6.7-inch display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, the second a 6.9-inch touch screen with 3088 x 1440 pixels. By the way, the bigger brother will offer a fast refresh rate of 120 Hz, which will be appreciated especially by players.

Galaxy Note20
The battery offers a capacity of 4500 mAh for the larger model and 4300 mAh for the smaller model. In addition, the phones support a fast charging system – in just half an hour, the battery is charged to 50 percent of maximum capacity. In both cases, a special S Pen stylus is hidden inside the device.

The high operating pace of both phones is determined by the eight-core processor clocked at up to 2.7 GHz, which has 8 GB of RAM available, or up to 12 GB in the case of the Ultra model. The storage capacity is 256 or 512 GB, depending on the model.

The Galaxy Note20 costs CZK 20,999 in stores, the larger and more equipped version of the Galaxy Note20 ultra 5G will cost CZK 29,999.
