She was suffering from a severe form of the disease “which progressed rapidly to severe respiratory damage,” said Djillali Annane, head of the intensive care unit, when asked about RTL. According to her companion, Patrick, she contracted the disease while taking care of her son, who was infected in college and aged 13.

“I hold a grudge against him, he’s not a doctor, he’s a murderer, an assassin, I filed a complaint for forgery and forgery. Justice be done ”, he insists. “I think it’s my fault anyway, because I didn’t say right away that she was not vaccinated, I blame myself, it’s as if it was me who had killed her, it hurt, I respected my wife’s wishes. ”
According to him, this case of false vaccination would not be isolated, according to Dr Annane: “We have at least one other patient without any antibody, who has a severe form and continues to say that he has been vaccinated”. “It is fundamental to assume until the end when deciding not to be vaccinated, because the knowledge by the doctor of this information can sometimes change the way in which we take charge”, he concluded. .

– Using, procuring or selling fake health passes, in particular via social networks, is punishable by 5 years in prison and a maximum fine of 75,000 euros (against 3 years of imprisonment and a 45,000 euros fine before the law “ Health vigilance ”).
