The latest information says that everything is calm. The front line has shifted and there is no direct danger to our crew. This was stated on bTV by the director of the Situation Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anton Markov regarding the Bulgarians on the ship “Tsarevna”.
Earlier today, DNR leader Denis Pushilin announced that the port had passed completely. under the control of the armed forces of the republic, after its cleansing by the last Azovs.
“I am in non-stop contact with the crew. They feel good, there are no shots or explosions around them. No one has boarded the ship with them,” he said.
“They have enough supplies and water. The main problem is the misinformation that comes from everywhere,” he added.
“Given the conditions, we are taking whatever measures we have,” the expert said.
“14 of the crew (out of 17 on board) want to evacuate by land. At the moment there is no such possibility. Currently, active hostilities are taking place in the city and it is too dangerous to take such actions,” he said.
According to him, the ship Rozhen is located in the port of Chernomorsk. 6 Bulgarian sailors were evacuated and 11 remained on the ship. They say they have enough food and water, “he added.
