TIENHOVEN – An explosion at a house on Westbroekse Binnenweg in Tienhoven in Utrecht in the night from Saturday to Sunday was caused by an explosive, the police reported on Sunday morning. A gas explosion had previously been ruled out, but it was not yet clear how the explosion had arisen.
