Infectiologist Erika Vlieghe, who is chair of the GEES expert group, will no longer be present at the National Security Council. That’s what she said in “Terzake” on Canvas. Yesterday it was decided not to reduce the bubble of 15, against the advice of the experts, despite the arguments against, among others, Vlieghe himself. Last night, Flemish Prime Minister Jan Jambon showed that Vlieghe had agreed to the contact bubble of 15. That she calls a bridge too far. A consultation is planned between Professor Vlieghe and Prime Minister Wilmès about her further role.
