“Exile”: Key film for today’s immigration societies

A dead rat on the garden gate – that is the first clear sign that something is wrong in Xhafer’s life. Someone left them there as a sign for him. Also as a deliberately set trigger, because Xhafer has a problem with rats, so someone knows something very personal about him. The next step is for a colleague named Urs to play a shoddy game with him in the company. Xhafer, an executive in a successful pharmaceutical company, does not receive e-mails with important information; of course, he creates connections. The obvious attempt to clarify the matter with Urs over a beer among men fails because of the inaccessibility of the obviously hostile colleague.
