Al-Marsad Newspaper: Al-Rajhi Bank Chairman Abdullah Al-Rajhi responded to complaints about late mortgage payments.
He said during an interview with the “In the Picture” program on the “Rotana Gulf” channel: For us, the payments are part of the agreement with the real estate fund, and the payment is not made if there is no report approved by the bottom .
And he continued: “If the required construction phase is not reached, the second payment is not made, and the problem is with the beneficiary, not with the fund”.
He continued: The interest rate is fixed for the real estate client throughout the financing period, adding that the deceased is exempt from repayment.
