The global cybersecurity specialist, headquartered in Paris, is one of the founding partners supporting an initiative launched today by investment and advisory firm NightDragon and Next Gen Cyber ​​Talent, a not-for-profit cyber training, which aims to raise $1 million to fund cybersecurity courses for students in the United States from diverse or disadvantaged backgrounds.

Exclusive will bring its experience and expertise to this campaign. The company recently partnered with California Polytechnic State University and opened an office on campus. It currently sponsors 12 students, 9 of whom have already started their security certification course, provided by itself and its partners. All should be offered a full-time position in the sector upon completion of their training.

Internationally, Exclusive has partnered with Guardia in Europe to launch the first private cybersecurity academy in France, where it will help produce educational content and provide mentorship and internship opportunities for students. Exclusive also recently became an advisory member of the Coalition for Cybersecurity in Belgium, which is a partnership between academia, public authorities and the private sector, aimed at sharing expertise, knowledge and information in the fight against cybercrime.

Businesses spend a trillion dollars a year on IT security, yet the threat of ransomware, phishing, malware, denial-of-service and other attacks continues to grow.
