Jakarta – Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati has released two special regulations on cigarette excise. First, Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 192/PMK.010/21 concerning Excise Tariffs on Tobacco Products in the Form of Cigarettes, Cigars, Leaf Cigarettes or Klobot, and Tobacco Slices.
Second, Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) Number 193/PMK.010/21 concerning Excise Tariffs on Tobacco Products in the Form of E-Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Processing Products. The two regulations regulate excise rates and cigarette retail prices for 2022.
