Kottayam: Excise arrests a person who sold liquor on a scooter. Juby Mon (42) was arrested with four liters of foreign liquor at Puthan Param in Manjatikari. Earlier, the Excise had received a complaint that he was selling liquor in the Kaipuzha Mutt areas by riding around on his own scooter.
